Ok, I’ll type this again. having a car and being able to drive is a gov’t regulated PRIVLEDGE. If you don’t want to drive then you don’t need to pay for insurance. The Gov’t can withold your “priveldge” until you comply. So you have the choice to pay or not. BUT...
